Ecom365 is a dynamic web platform developed to empower vendors in promoting and selling their products and services through a digitally optimized ecosystem. The platform is designed to combine online visibility with on-ground sales support, offering vendors customized sales solutions and unique cashback benefits like EMI-based guaranteed cashback and instant rewards via the ePASS system. The core objective was to create a seamless, responsive, and scalable solution that facilitates vendor engagement, customer interaction, and backend management.

Built using the Bootstrap framework for a modern, responsive front-end and Laravel for secure and efficient backend operations, the website delivers a smooth and intuitive user experience. A custom-built admin panel stands at the heart of the platform, allowing the client to manage core website settings, handle contact and career enquiry forms, publish and update blogs, and streamline the recruitment process. Additionally, the real estate project module was adapted to manage promotional campaigns and product categories, segmented as current, ongoing, or upcoming, offering vendors better visibility and control over their listings.

Key functionalities include vendor onboarding, offer displays, cashback tracking, and blog/news updates—all crafted to enhance user interaction and vendor performance. The solution brings value to the client by automating essential processes, reducing manual overhead, and enabling real-time content and offer management.
