Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel a project or service with Cloudi5 Technologies, a partnership firm based in Coimbatore, India, and when a payment can be refunded. It applies to payments made by bank transfer and online through Razorpay.

How to cancel

To cancel a project or service, email us from your registered email address with your name, company and invoice or project reference. We will confirm the cancellation in writing within 2 working days.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before we have started any work on your project, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation after work starts

Once work on your project has started, payments already made are not refundable, because our team has set aside time and begun planning, design or development for you. Any amount due for work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Payments that are never refundable

• Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domains, hosting, servers, app store fees, paid plugins and licences.
• Advertising spend. Google Ads and Meta Ads spend is billed through your own advertising account.
• Monthly services, such as SEO, digital marketing and support, for months that have already started.

Monthly services

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time by email. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing month, and you will not be billed after that.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid within 15 working days to the original payment method. For payments made through Razorpay, the amount goes back to the card, UPI account, bank account or wallet you paid from; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Bank transfers are refunded to the account they came from.

Duplicate or wrong payments

If you were charged twice or paid more than your invoice, email us with the payment details. After we confirm it, the extra amount is refunded in full within 15 working days.
