We collect only the information you choose to give us, and the basic technical data every website receives.

• Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, the services you are interested in and anything you write about your project.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, experience, portfolio or LinkedIn link, your CV and any message you add.
• Payments: when you pay us online, the payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount, and your name, email and phone number. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank login details.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded in our server logs for security and to keep the site working.

How we use your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

• To reply to your enquiry, plan your project and send proposals, invoices and project updates.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the request you made.
• To process payments, issue receipts and keep accounting and tax records as required by law.
• To review job applications and contact candidates.
• To protect the website and our forms from spam, abuse and fraud.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Razorpay, to process online payments.
• Our web hosting provider and Cloudflare, which host and deliver this website.
• Email and WhatsApp messaging services, which deliver our replies and notifications.
• Government authorities, courts or law enforcement, when the law requires us to.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies: a session cookie and a security token that keep our forms working and protected. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing or delivering your project, and client and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Job applications are kept for up to two years so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

How we protect it

The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, the admin area is password-protected and limited to authorised staff, and payment details are handled only by Razorpay. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires us to.

Children

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as social media profiles and client websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
