Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of www.cloudi5.com and to the services provided by Cloudi5 Technologies, a partnership firm based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("Cloudi5", "we", "us"). Each project is also covered by its own proposal or agreement; where that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement applies.

Our services

We provide mobile app development, web development, custom software, ERP and CRM software, AI solutions, UI and UX design, website design, digital marketing, SEO and related support. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in its written proposal or agreement, which you accept by signing it, approving it by email or making the first payment.

Working hours

Our office works Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and Indian public holidays. Project work is carried out by our team in Coimbatore, India.

Payments

• Payments are due as set out in your proposal or invoice, usually an advance before work starts and the rest at agreed milestones.
• You can pay by bank transfer or online through Razorpay using cards, UPI, net banking or wallets.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees unless your proposal says otherwise, and applicable taxes are added as shown on the invoice.
• If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is cleared, and the delivery timeline moves by the same period.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, servers, app store accounts, paid plugins, SMS and email services, and advertising spend are paid to third parties. Unless your proposal says otherwise, these are billed separately or paid by you directly. Google Ads and Meta Ads spend is billed through your own advertising account.

Your responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, please share content, logins, approvals and feedback on time. Delays in receiving these move the delivery timeline. You confirm that any content, images, logos and data you give us are yours to use or properly licensed.

Ownership of the work

Ownership of the source code and design files for custom work is agreed in writing before the project starts. Ownership passes to you only after 100% of the project payment has been received. Cloudi5's own products and platforms, and the reusable tools and code we bring to a project, remain the property of Cloudi5; you receive a licence to use them as set out in your agreement.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, ideas and data confidential and use them only to deliver your project, except where the law requires us to disclose them. We may list your company name and logo as a client unless you ask us not to.

Results

We do our best work for every client, but search rankings, advertising results, app store approval and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

Use of this website

The content on this website is for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy, republish or distribute its text, images, code or design without our written permission. Company names and logos shown belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Signed agreements are not affected by later changes.
