Connected machines that are Visible, Efficient, Reliable, Smart.
We connect machines, sensors and meters to software that shows what is happening on your floor right now and alerts you before small problems become costly ones.
From sensor to dashboard
Cloudi5 is an IoT development company that builds the software side of connected operations: device integration, cloud platforms, dashboards and mobile apps. We collect data from PLCs, sensors and energy meters, turn it into live machine status, OEE, energy and alert views, and link it to your ERP so production and maintenance decisions use real numbers.
Live machine status, output counts and downtime reasons on one screen for every shift.
Energy, utilities and consumables tracked per machine and product, with alerts when usage drifts.
Vibration, temperature and run data analysed to plan maintenance before machines fail.
Tools and stack
We pick proven, well-supported technology for Internet of Things, so your product is fast today and easy to hire for and extend tomorrow.
Our standards
Encrypted device links, unique gateway credentials and separated machine networks.
Gateways store readings during network or power drops and sync them once back online.
Dashboards update within seconds, so supervisors act while the shift is still running.
Seven steps from plant survey to a connected, supported operation.
We walk your floor to list machines, controllers, meters and network coverage, and agree which numbers matter most to your production, maintenance and energy teams.
Sensors, gateways, protocols, dashboards and alert rules are planned machine by machine, with a fixed software cost and a clear hardware list signed off before work starts.
A few critical machines are connected first, with a live dashboard your supervisors use on real shifts, so we can prove the value before a wider rollout.
We build the data platform, dashboards, alert rules and mobile app in stages, using what we learned from the pilot to shape each release and sharing working screens early.
The remaining machines and sites are connected in planned batches, with installation guidance and line-by-line testing, so daily production is never held up during the rollout.
Production, energy and quality data are linked to your ERP and management reports, ending manual shift entries and giving owners one trusted set of numbers.
We monitor device connectivity, fix issues and add new reports, then analyse trends in your data to plan maintenance, reduce downtime and cut energy waste across the plant.
What you get
Live run, idle and stop status, cycle counts and downtime reasons for CNC, looms, presses and other machines.
Energy meter data by machine, line and shift, with cost per unit produced and peak-load alerts.
Connecting PLCs, sensors and meters over Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT through industrial gateways.
Plant-wide views of OEE, output, downtime and alerts on TV screens, desktops and tablets.
Android and iOS app for supervisors and maintenance teams with live status, alerts and checklists.
Secure cloud or on-premise data storage, backups, monitoring and a support plan for devices and software.

Ways to work with us
Some clients hand us the whole project, others need extra hands for their own team. Tell us how you work and we will suggest the model that fits.
Find the right modelWe own the build from plan to launch at an agreed price and timeline, while you focus on running the business.

Our designers and engineers join your team, follow your process and tools, and add capacity exactly where you need it.

A full-time developer or a small product squad that works only on your product, month after month, on flexible terms.

Why us
Sensors are the easy part. Value comes from software your teams use every shift.
We focus on dashboards, alerts and reports that people act on daily.
Add-on sensors bring decades-old equipment into the same live view.
Start with a few machines and expand once results are clear.
Machine data flows into production, maintenance and costing records.
We recommend sensors and gateways that suit your machines and budget.
Our team visits, fixes and extends the system as your floor changes.

Still have a question? Talk to the people who will actually build it.
Talk to usCost depends on the number of machines or sites, the sensors and gateways needed, and the dashboards and integrations required. A pilot on a few machines keeps the first investment small and proves the value. We send a fixed written quote covering software, setup and support, with hardware listed separately.
It depends on the scope. A pilot connecting a handful of machines with a live dashboard is usually a matter of weeks; a plant-wide rollout with alerts, reports and ERP integration takes a few months. We expand in stages, adding machines and features once the pilot is running well, and you get a written timeline before any work starts.
Yes. Older machines can be monitored using add-on sensors for current, vibration, temperature or cycle count, connected through an industrial gateway. Newer machines with PLCs can share data directly over protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA or MQTT. We survey your machines and suggest the simplest option.
IoT covers any connected device, from smart homes to wearables. Industrial IoT, or IIoT, focuses on factories, utilities and infrastructure, where reliability, security and integration with machines and business systems matter most. We build IIoT solutions for manufacturing, energy and facility monitoring.
Yes. Devices connect through encrypted channels, each gateway has its own credentials, and dashboards use role-based access so staff see only what they need. Machine networks are kept separate from office networks where possible. Data is stored on secure cloud or on-premise servers with regular backups.
Yes. Production counts, downtime, energy use and quality readings can flow into ERP modules automatically, removing manual shift entries and the errors that come with them. This works with the ERP we build and with other systems that offer an API or a reliable data import.
