How we deliver
- Websites, web apps and software are deployed to your hosting or server, or handed over as source code through a code repository or secure download link.
- Mobile apps are delivered as installable builds and published to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under your developer accounts.
- Designs, documents and reports are shared by email or through a shared online folder.
- Digital marketing and SEO work is delivered through your accounts and in reports sent by email.
Delivery timelines
Each project's delivery timeline and milestones are set out in its proposal or agreement. Timelines depend on receiving your content, approvals and payments on time.
Payment confirmation
After you pay online, you receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay by email. We confirm receipt and the next steps by email or WhatsApp within one working day.
Delivery problems
If you have not received a delivery you expected, or cannot access something we sent, email or call us and we will resolve it within 2 working days.
